Fay bears ...
I just misread the headline, “Fay [n] bears down [v] on Florida”, as “Fay [adj] bears [n] down in Florida”. I like my way better.

There will be a surprise!
I have on my desk a note from a neighbor which has the aforementioned statement written and circled at the top. I fear the presence of this sentence automagically renders it false. Comments are welcome. Compare and contrast to the following pair of sentences:
